General FAQ Are your bags made in China? No. Our materials are sorted, cut, cleaned and prepped in our Seattle workshop. Our bags are assembled at a sewing shop in the neighborhood. Can I visit your workshop? Yes. We’d love to show you around our workshop, but please call first to make an appointment. Where are your products available? Our bags are available at our online store, as well as at boutiques, bike shops, farmer’s markets, and festivals around the world. Visit our contact page for a list. Do you ship to the UK? Yes. We ship to countries around the world via the United States Postal Service. To estimate the cost of your shipment, visit the USPS website and follow these simple steps: Enter your country Select “Package” and enter the weight (4 lbs for a messenger bag, and 1-2 lbs for everything else) Check out the Express Mail estimate for your price quote. (note that this estimate may change) Will the Urban or Messenger fit my laptop? Yes. With a waterproof exterior, and roomy inside pockets for your peripherals, both of these bags are suitable for carrying a laptop. Notebook computers with up to 17” screens will fit inside. There is no built in padding however so you may elect to use a padded sleeve for extra protection. The Haversack is not large enough to fit most notebook computers. Will the tubes mark my clothing? No. We wash every tube as part of the bag production method. All road-grime, and grease are removed during this process. Occasionally during hard use, some rubber may wear off leaving rubber dust on your clothing, but this dust washes off through normal laundering. What’s your return policy? We hope you love your Alchemy Goods product, but if you don’t you are free to return it within 30 days of purchase. So long as the item is in new condition we will give you a full refund.
