I got my first Ballard Belt a few years ago. I thought it looked nice online (way better in person) and had the added bonus of being environmentally responsible, was extremely well built, as well as looking great. Getting tired of switching the belt from one pair of jeans to the next, I ordered another one; unfortunately my size was out of stock. After writing a few times over the next month or so to check if my size had arrived yet, Patrick, the shipping manager, seemed to make it his mission to find the Ballard in my size. It took another couple of weeks, but lo and behold, Patrick really came through for me. Once the belt was ready to ship and my payment was made, I had it in my hands and around my waste within three days. This company really takes care of its customers, a rarity these days.
